If you prefer, you can speak to us on: 01708 746401
If we are not around, you can leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
To allow us time to help you, don't leave it too late in the day to contact us!
What do you mean when you say you will keep things confidential?
To make sure you receive the best possible service and to stop the need for you repeating yourself each time you see us, we take note of your personal details and some recent history about you. This means we can keep in touch with you and have some idea about the things you've done and what help you are looking for.
Some information may be personal, such as your name and address but some may be more sensitive. Sometimes we share things about you but this is only when absolutely necessary, on a "need to know" basis and if we feel it will help you. If the information is more sensitive, we will always check with you that it is OK to pass on. And only then to people we know will treat it with the same respect as we do and will be able to help you. So remember:
- Your information can only be used to help you
- Only shared with people who are allowed to have access.
But there are exceptions you need to know about. We will need to share information
- if there is a chance that you may be at risk or harm, or likely to harm others.
- or if we became aware that you were involved in something illegal.
If you don't want us to hold your information, you can refuse to share it. But this does make it very difficult for us to work with you and provide you with the help you need. Your adviser can tell you more about Information and confidentiality - just ask if you wish to know more.
